Achieving sales (Trade) targets
Dealer and Retailers network management & development (Maintaining good business relationship with the network in view to achieve sales growth)
Coordinate with accounts dept. for raising of invoice & outstanding/ collection statements
Responsible for preparing and filing of sales data for all network.
Organizing and implementing customer awareness programmes.
Coordinate technical activities along with CTS team
Responsible for collection of outstanding amounts of dealers
Distribution of branding material, company gifts etc.
Retailers enrolment in co. schemes (ARS)
Take regular balance confirmation from stockists
Query and complaints handling of network.
Retail distribution management in assigned territory.
Planning activities of outsourced sales personnel reporting to him and ensure compliance.
SFA/ JCP Adherence
Ensure Proper dispatch to the network and customers.
