Job Description:
Candidates should have experience of Logistics and more specifically Bulk Logistics such as Cement Logistics
The candidate at this position must be able to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.
He should be able to drive the company's development and guide the management towards long-term success.
He will also be responsible and accountable for the overall operation and management.
To provide guidance, direction, and authorization to the HODs to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
To assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.
To conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc).
Periodically review and check the performance of all departments and recommend remedial action and improvements.
To promote the companies direction and momentum, its business performance, the positive external impact (image), internal business climate, people and services.
To represent company with major customers, government entities, the financial community, and the public.
Raising of Private Equity / Public Equity (IPO) etc. to achieve the companys development plans
Lead & motivate employees to meet or surpass organisational and Revenue goals.
Establishing policies & processes that promote company culture and vision.
Must have excellent communication & leadership skills.

Job Description:
1 To handle branch accounting activities
2 Customer Account reconciliation and Balance confirmation once in a Quarter
3 Regular stock verification and perpetual inventory system
4 Error free and regular pay outs of all scheme Credit Notes
5 Daily clearing of collection entries in SAP and resolving any reconciliation pending transactions
6 Initiate and follow up of legal cases against defaulter/Cheque bouncing cases
7 Ensure timely entries of expenses and provisions
8 Statutory compliances such as Trade licence, shops & establishments renewals
9 Voucher process on time and reimbursed as per the circular / guidelines along with  approvals for Vendors and Employees
10 Ensure smooth conduct of audit without any issues
11 Petty Cash handled and accounted properly and ensure that no variance exists books vs. Physical
12 Customer Visit done for a/c reconciliation purpose also through mail / meeting at Office
13 Follow up  with Dealers/ AR's for timely payment the outstanding amount before due date
14 Interest on Security Deposit provided to the dealer as per the policy
15 MIS
16 Handling GST
17 Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
